That day, I wasn’t expecting anything special. I was simply walking around historic downtown St. Augustine with my family when we noticed a store that looked fairly ordinary from the outside. My niece and I decided to go in, and we immediately met Nina, the owner. She gave us a level of personal attention and great service we had never experienced in any store before. Visited the boutique in St. Augustine. Nina assisted us. Of all the stores in the area, this was the only one my mother and cousin chose to enter for the first time. They were not rushed — at any point. Even while browsing. Nina was attentive, composed, and precise. Kind. Hospitable. Down to earth. She gave my mother space to try on a range of pieces and offered additional items freely, without obligation, even after purchases were already made. They look forward to returning. The space is well curated. The service is disciplined and professional. My cousin later wore a dress from the boutique to a special occasion. A place that respects the customer’s time and judgment.

My wife was trying to find a dress and we knew this place had nice ones. Ashley was working and my wife found her hilarious and loved her witty humor. Ashley's version of "how are you" is "how is everyone's lives" - very funny. Anyways, my wife found a dress she loved. We will be back to visit Ashley for sure.
